Our farmshop offers many browsing opportunities, from our Zero Waste Pantry where you can fill your own containers to the stunning collections in our Homeware and Garden spaces.
Beyond the farmshop, you will find the Bamford Barn, Wellness Spa, Workshop, Cookery School and of course several options for indoor and outdoor dining and drinking throughout the day and into the evenings.

THE THEATRE CHIPPING NORTON
Affectionately known as Chippy Theatre, this beautiful, historic venue packs a huge punch with a timetable that boasts film screenings and live comedy as well as home grown dramatic productions and the famous annual Pantomime. The magic starts as soon as you enter the building with the walls festooned with ancient murals and traditional seating. The theatre works really hard at being a vibrant part of the local community offering childrens' and adults' theatre groups and an art gallery ensuring that every part of the building is used to it's full extent.
