Shamal Holding, the Dubai-based investment firm, has announced a partnership with Cheval Blanc, the LVMH hospitality brand, for a new development.

This project will mark the debut of a Cheval Blanc maison in Dubai, set to open in 2029. It will be a discreet private island escape, offering 30 suites and 40 private pool villas. A limited number of branded beachfront residences will also be available for ownership, providing access to the full suite of Cheval Blanc services.

The development aims to blend intimacy, architectural elegance, and beachfront living within a preserved coastal landscape surrounded by the Arabian Gulf. The design will reflect Cheval Blanc’s philosophy of being contemporary yet timeless, immersive yet serene, with every space crafted to honour the island’s natural setting and elevate the experience of modern luxury.

The retreat will offer personalised wellness rituals, elevated dining journeys, and curated lifestyle moments, all anchored in Cheval Blanc’s ethos of art de recevoir. This initiative is part of Cheval Blanc’s international expansion strategy and aligns with Shamal Holding's vision to curate and develop unique experiences in the region, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a destination for world-class luxury in line with Dubai’s 2030 vision.
