At a time when we are questioning our relationship with Computer Generated Content I thought it might be helpful to point out a useful aspect of high quality CGI’s. The first image here was posted by its creator @spot_works in 2021. All the other images are real life- taken with an smartphone or a drone. For the clients purchasing off plan it could have been a huge leap of faith but because of the high quality of the renders, all of the customers had a pretty good idea what their finished property would look like and how it would sit in its environment.
