The Sunday Papers and property press at the moment are full of words like “frenzied & madness “ with regard to the property market. Average UK asking prices have apparently jumped £6,7333 in a month and as with all averages that means some in areas prices have risen by a lot more.
One of the main reasons for this surge is lack of product on the market and a large factor in that problem is that vendors are nervous to sell because they will then be subject to the frustrations the buyers have. So the vicious circle begins.
Why not remove that emotion and subsequent uncertainty from the process and buy a newly developed property?
I know that for the majority of people the dream house in the country is all about the quintessential Georgian Manor or village thatch, but intelligent modern design and passionate craftsmanship can create incredible homes with the best of modern luxury without the difficulties with planning departments, finding the right builders and sourcing materials. Trying to fit heating or larger windows retrospectively can be really hard, slow and expensive.
Why not let a professional developer take that pain away? smoothing the path to your dream home in the country so all that’s left for you to do is sit back and enjoy the view.
